Worth
Vision so lovely, not through these eyes.
Into the mirror, see not the view of others.
Weathered and worn, years replace dreams.
Visage unpleasing, only to me.
Use to none, reason to be.
Heart of gold, such venomous lies.
Breath exhaled, another day.
Push and pull, forward to go.
Wishes release, slave to this place.
Forgotten youth, forgotten dreams.
A single flash, the mirror has changed.
Willfulness gone, gauntlet I run.
Trials failed, failure born.
Feelings locked, inside breaking.
If only, sight through another.
They see, I do not.
Heart of gold, soul of the heavens.
Love unending, beauty of so few.
Golden inside, shining throughout.
Hidden wings, deeds of goodness.
Ask for nothing, gives freely,
An angel on Earth, watching with love.
Full of love, she gives hope.
Gentle, caring.
Wings to surround, guards the needy.
Does not see worth, close eyes.
See through another, their sight is truth.
Angel of love, sweet lady indeed.
Never cares for oneself, cares for the world.
Worth much, love much.
This, you are.
