Come into the deep
Where my wetness cools
your sting and your burns
Stay in the deep
the clatter of chattering voices
of noise
softly muffled low
whispering hush
lulling
Be here in My depth
movement slowed
need released
Only saturated sway
Floating
Covering you
Surrounding you
Embracing you

gently curving, round
one another, enfolding.
I saw a man and woman seated
bare.
Wrapped

Petal tips, their fingers interwoven
reaching toward our sun.
The rose’s scent strong, their smell of love
fresh, wafting into air.
And as they sat holding
one another upon green leaved stem,
grateful for thorns
keeping others away
from their love,
I blushed.

Hose and suspenders missing, reaching in, bare
To sip the rescued nectar sweet
His heart racing
Watching him in muted awe, our adored savior, rising up
His head hued in emerald, forests and fern
His rescue complete, darts, as swift as a match stick blown
Magically disappearing into...
