Path-Finding Action

Posted by in on 12-8-12

Same, the very same illusions
The very same apprehensions
Distract the ever budding visions
Dampening my future aspirations.

As a child, life seemed more secure
But vanished as an illusory nightmare;
The heart-tempting youthful glitters
Captivated me with romantic gestures.

Fleeting time moved like a surging tide,
Eclipsed by years, age felt the fade;
So speedily, if destined is life to ride
With what fickle-element is life made?

Ups and downs, serenity and storms
Inner eye focuses on life’s charms,
Aspirations anew recurrently swarm
Compelled by time, they remain calm.

Fleeting life’s inevitable strange seasons
Vainly we try to explore the grim reasons,
Enlightenment, the ultimate friction
Awakens us all, with the ageing-potion.

The tempting veil of fascinating delusions
Now at least, if plucked with a true vision,
Positive and path-finding stand our actions,
Unfolding a startling view of life’s horizon.
